At Signum we believe in building you a home that suits your needs. We will work with you to adapt the design whilst keeping your home consistent with the overall development.
We typically ask for a 5% reservation fee and the rest spread over the construction duration of 42 months, whether this is monthly, quarterly or at specific periods. We will work with you to find a payment plan suitable for you.
You can purchase a unit as a group and pay collectively. We encourage you to come with your group formed as we do not put groups together. Groups can range from 2 individuals to 6.
